In the FAQ, I don't know what the "maintenance mode" means at the following, can you tell me?

I placed a second copy of the Web Part on the page but cannot remove it now?
The Web Part only supports on instance on a portal area or WSS site. If you do put two copies on a page, javascript errors will prevent you from removing the web part normally. You need to put the page into maintenance mode by adding "?contents=1" to the URL and removing the extra web part that way.

Let's say you have the webpart on the default page in a site and the site was called "forums" so your URL looks something like this:

http://servername/sites/forums/default.aspx

Just enter the following in your browser to put the page into maintenance mode:

http://servername/sites/forums/default.aspx?contents=1

Then you'll be able to select the 2nd web part on the page and delete it.
